My Fitness Goals

For a very long time now, I have been wanting to get into better shape. I have been thinking about what I want to do, to help me with that, and this is what I have decided on.
  • Find out/know my limits when I first start out
  • Lose around 40 pounds with regular exercise and diet
  • To try a running routine for 30 days
  • To take up yoga 3 to 4 times a week
  • Walk for 30 minutes 4 days a week
  • Bike at least once a week, for up to 30 minutes
  • Work up to being able to do up to 50 pushups at once
  • Work up to being able to do a one minute plank
  • Jump rope at least once a week for 10-20 minutes each time
  • Work up to being able to do 25 sit-ups at once
  • Rollerblade once a week
  • Swim once or twice a month
I won't do all of these at once, but I think this is a good start for me at this time. I just need to find the motivation to actually get started, and to keep, a fitness routine, as I just can't bring myself to actually start/have a regular routine.

Hopefully I can start soon, as I really want to be healthier.
