- Find out/know my limits when I first start out
- Lose around 40 pounds with regular exercise and diet
- To try a running routine for 30 days
- To take up yoga 3 to 4 times a week
- Walk for 30 minutes 4 days a week
- Bike at least once a week, for up to 30 minutes
- Work up to being able to do up to 50 pushups at once
- Work up to being able to do a one minute plank
- Jump rope at least once a week for 10-20 minutes each time
- Work up to being able to do 25 sit-ups at once
- Rollerblade once a week
- Swim once or twice a month
Hopefully I can start soon, as I really want to be healthier.
