- Watching my favorite TV shows
- Napping
- Playing games
- Going for walks
- Cozying up under a warm blanket
- Bullet journaling
- Painting
- Having a spa day
- Scrapbooking
- Work on puzzles (jigsaw, crossword, Sudoku, etc.)
- Playing with a fidget toy
- Encouraging words from friends, family
- Traveling
