Five Minute Friday: Worth
I am linking up with Kate Motaung for this week's Five Minute Friday.
This week's FMF is: Worth
Why is it so hard to see the worth in others?
The worth in ourselves?
Everyone was put on this earth for a reason.
Each life is worthy of living, no matter how long or short;
No matter whose life it is.
Our worth is not measured by the opinions of others.
Nor by the amount of things we have;
Not the grades we get in school;
The jobs we have or the amount of money we make.
Our worth is all the same because of Him.
No one is more or less worthy than anyone else;
No one should be made to feel like less.
Many people have been made to feel like
They are bad people,
That they don't measure up to
What society says is beautiful.
Worthy.
Just for being who they are.
Just for being different.
Just for being human.
But different is beautiful, and they deserve a life worth living.
Each and every life is worthy of the One who created it.

Things That Make Me Feel Healthy (Mind, Body, and Soul)
I recently found a blog called Paper-Bark Burch (run by Sarah Jo Burch), and fell in love with it. She posts about her knitting, lists, her life, her faith, and more.
She has done a 52 Lists Project, and that has inspired me to write my own posts on a few of the things from the project.
The first one I will do is Things That Make Me Feel Healthy (Mind, Body, and Soul).
