I just saw this article on MSN.com, about a pastor who incorporates exercise into his sermons.
I actually think that is kind of cool. In pretty much every sermon, the congregation sits there while the priest (or whoever else is doing the sermons) preaches.
People aren't really engaged in the readings, and any other part of the mass. So actually getting up and exercising while listening to the readings is great. It helps people get in shape, and you get encouragement as you move!
What do you think about this? Do you think it is a good or bad idea?
